A multinational healthcare management company and the largest health plan in Hawaii planned to jointly establish a Patient Centered Medical Home. They looked to North Highland’s clinicians, health care consultants, integration and project management experts, and in-depth understanding of both clients’ businesses to help them do it. North Highland architected the agreement between the two companies and helped develop their new patient care model, expected to reduce care costs by $50M and increase revenues by $300M over ten years while improving individual health and well-being throughout the state.
