Scott Williams

Vice President and Local Office Leader

Scott has over 22 years of experience in professional services and IT leadership. He has architected and led business units to achieve significant top-line growth while driving sustainable improvement in profitability. He has advised Fortune 500 companies in merger/ acquisition strategy, IT and business process transformation, and has served as the program lead on many other strategic initiatives. Scott's expertise includes deep experience in IT strategy, business transformation, outsourcing, and business process improvement. Prior to joining North Highland, he served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Information Officer in a large, multi-national communications company. He has also been a Managing Director at KPMG Consulting/BearingPoint, and began his career by serving clients across many industries and engagements for 10 years with Accenture.

Jim Schwalbe

Vice President

Jim has over 22 years of experience in strategy, business process design, and system implementation consulting across a number of industries, mostly for Fortune 500 companies. Jim's leadership and project experience include the creation of value through finance transformation, information technology strategy, data governance, system (ERP and CRM) selections and implementations, business case development, Sarbanes-Oxley full lifecycle management, and integrated performance management. Jim's prior experience includes long-term senior management positions with Deloitte Consulting and leadership positions with Andersen Consulting/Accenture.
