Vice President and Local Office Leader

Mike has over 20 years of experience in Public Sector consulting including State, Federal, and Municipal government clients. He has extensive experience in health and human services, education, healthcare, employment, and transportation agencies. Mike's expertise spans the areas of large-scale statewide systems integration initiatives, program/project management, independent verification and validation, and oversight solutions. Prior to joining North Highland, Mike was a Managing Director with KPMG/BearingPoint, a Partner with Unisys, and most recently a Managing Director with a national healthcare consultant company where he was responsible for the sales and delivery of all consulting services in six states across the nation.

Karl Rummel

Vice President

Karl has 20 years of experience in IT and management consulting, with a focus on state government. He has provided leadership on strategic planning, design, development, and implementation projects. Prior to North Highland, he spent his career at BearingPoint.
