July 19, 2018 (ATLANTA) – Management consulting firm North Highland is pleased to announce that Erik Raper has joined as vice president and will be based in the firm’s Basking Ridge office. Raper will oversee the growth of target accounts while managing client delivery, client investments and portfolio engagements.
“Erik has a strong track record in the financial and technology sectors, as well as extensive experience in business transformation, operations leadership, market development and sales management,” said Barbara Ray, Managing Director. “He will be an excellent addition to the firm as we continue to develop successful, long-term client relationships that deliver lasting results.”
Prior to joining North Highland, Raper held executive positions at JetPay Corporation, Paragon Solutions and Prudential Financial. He has experience leading initiatives for Fortune 100 companies to improve sales, penetrate new markets and enhance client experience. He also holds more than 10 years of profit & loss management experience, developing and executing short and long-term business plans.
Raper graduated from Columbus University and enrolled in an MBA program from Thomas Edison State University.
