Sparks Grove Named Finalist For 2017 UK Customer Experience Awards

September 26, 2017 (LONDON) - Sparks Grove, the experience design division of management consulting firm North Highland is pleased to announce that it is a finalist for the 2017 UK Customer Experience Awards. The highly-anticipated announcement of the Finalists for the UK Customer Experience Awards 2017 was made on 19th July 2017.

The awards recognise and reward outstanding achievement in customer experience across sectors, business disciplines and personnel.

Clare Flitton, Sparks Grove senior consultant and CX expert, is a finalist in the categories of CX Professional Woman of the Year. The CX Professional Women of the Year award recognises an individual behind the delivery of an exceptional customer experience. Sparks Grove is also a finalist for Employee Engagement Project of the Year for its launch, cascade and campaign to help a client’s employees adopt new customer behaviours. The Employee Engagement Award recognises programs that have resulted in a significant return on investment.

Finalists in each of the categories will present their entry to a team of experienced judges at the ExCel in London on the September 28, 2017. Winners will be announced during the gala and celebration.
