Last week a few of our North Highlanders from the Energy & Utilities community attended the Customer and Corporate Symposium from March 8-10 in San Diego, California. The conference included over 250 energy professionals to discuss the latest industry trends and best practices in corporate and customer services. This program was an excellent professional development and organizational team-building opportunity. North Highland attended this conference in the past and this year decided to take on a leadership role through the Executive Planning Committee to design the Our People Track of this conference. As a result, North Highlander Jessica Singh co-facilitated one of the sessions with a client from Portland General Electric, and also placed two NH consultants as speakers during this session. Fernando Rosario and Chris De Leon spoke on the panel, “Doing More with Less Through Better Prioritization: Practical Tips.”
