He had a better model in mind. So, he founded North Highland on the premise that it would serve its clients with the right blend of local consultants, knowledgeable about the client, alongside national experts with deep industry and service expertise. At the same time, he created owners of all employees with a real stake in the quality of work and the success of the company.
