Luka is a Senior Director at North Highland with over 13 years of experience in management consulting and the fintech sector. He has successfully led technology innovation and implementation initiatives at some of the world's largest companies, while also building Product teams from the ground up at emerging startups. While much of Luka's expertise lies in fintech, his experience also spans the telecommunications, automotive, and insurance industries. An extrovert by nature, Luka thrives in environments where relationship-building leads to meaningful transformation. Currently, he is focused on leveraging his extensive experience to integrate generative AI into North Highland's innovative approaches.
