"Too many organizations start with the technology and expect transformation to follow. They roll out AI, but keep the same processes, structures, and ways of working. If the work doesn’t change, the outcomes won’t either."
Anthony also makes the case for acting now rather than waiting for a perfect plan:
"The leaders who will win are the ones building new capabilities now, rather than waiting for perfect clarity. By the time everything feels certain, the opportunity will have passed."
