January 16, 2018 (ATLANTA) – Management consulting firm North Highland is pleased to announce the addition of two financial services executives, Jeff Strain and Gail Sneed, to the firm. Based in Charlotte and St. Louis respectively, Strain and Sneed will serve as Client Executives. In these roles, they will work with the teams in existing and targeted accounts, overseeing delivery of engagements and helping develop team members within the financial services practice.

Strain has more than 23 years of experience developing and operating successful consulting and industry-related businesses, providing full lifecycle strategy and delivery solutions with a focus on the financial services industry. Having served in executive roles at several consulting firms, most recently at NTT DATA Consulting, Strain is well-versed in leading transformative solutions with clients, particularly in the areas of tech and digital.
Strain is a graduate of Virginia Tech’s Pamplin College of Business, with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Accounting Information Systems.
Sneed has nearly 30 years of financial services experience and expertise. With a background primarily focused on banking, she specializes in helping firms increase revenue and profit through improving client experience and performance improvement.
Sneed received a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Management and a MBA with an emphasis in Finance from Webster University in Missouri.
