North Highland Announces New Financial Services Executives To Charlotte Office

July 23, 2018 (ATLANTA) – Management consulting firm North Highland is pleased to announce the addition of two financial services executives, Trey Burns and Nilesh Chordiya, to the firm. Based in Charlotte, Burns and Chordiya will serve as Associate Vice Presidents. In these roles, they will oversee the growth of target accounts, manage client investments and develop team members within the financial services practice.

Burns has more than 20 years of experience developing and growing consulting offerings, practices and client partnerships, with a focus on strategy, optimization and transformation. Previously serving in roles with The Revere Group, Carlisle and Gallagher and NTT Data Consulting, Burns will help sustain and grow the North Highland footprint in Charlotte across some of its largest financial services clients.

Burns received a bachelor’s degree with an emphasis on Classics from the New College of Florida, and exited a Ph.D. program to become a consultant after receiving a Master’s degree in Classics from the University of Texas at Austin.

Chordiya brings to North Highland nearly 20 years of experience in helping high-growth organizations achieve ambitious revenue goals in competitive markets. Recently serving as Managing Client Partner at Cognizant, Chordiya specializes in business strategy and large-scale transformation programs. 

Chordiya is a graduate of Pune University's Government College of Engingeering and received a MBA in Entrepreneurship Strategy and Marketing with a concentration in Strategy from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
