Get To Know The Denver Office

We spoke with Jeff Gilley, an executive in North Highland’s Denver office, to highlight all of the exciting work happening there. Read on to learn more about new projects and areas of growth as well as where to find good eats in the local area!

Tell us a bit about the Denver office. What are your focus areas?

The North Highland Denver office was founded in 2004 and today we have nearly 60 consultants working with clients in the city across the Energy & Utilities, Public Sector, Financial Services, and Healthcare industries. From a capability perspective, we have considerable work in Program and Project Management, Change Management, Process and Business Analysis, Data & Analytics, and Technology. We are also committed to giving back to our community and have recently completed service projects at Warren Village, Food Bank of the Rockies, Clothes to Kids, and Extreme Community Makeover.

Can you share any recent wins?

We’ve been working with a client in the oilfield equipment industry for the past six months helping them develop a digital channel for sales. Currently, many of their sales and sales operations processes are very manual and require many handoffs within the organization. We are working to completely redesign how these processes work and are building an entire digital portal on top of them (including integration to their core back-office systems). This is very unique for their industry and should help drive significant improvements in customer experience.

What's your favorite spot to grab a bite to eat outside of the office?

Daikon is a Bahn Mi sandwich shop just around the corner from our office. The five-spice brisket is epic!

What's the best part about being in Denver?

Right now, Denver is incredibly vibrant and growing, which creates so many opportunities for new experiences. Also, being in proximity to some of the most magnificent outdoor spaces in the world doesn’t hurt!

What are you most excited about for North Highland this year?

In Denver, I’m excited about taking our story and capabilities to even more clients and going back to our current clients with ways that we can further support them. I’m excited about the service offerings that we are taking to our clients, as they speak to many of the challenges that are being faced in the market today.
