Qadat AlGahd (Leaders of Tomorrow) internship program is a shining example of North Highland's dedication to nurturing local talent and fostering innovation in line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030. Recently launched in our Riyadh office, this initiative aims to help drive sustainable growth across the Kingdom by blending the best of Saudi talent with our global expertise to create meaningful change.

The program welcomed two interns for a two-month full-time experience, immersing them in live client projects and providing a platform to develop their consulting skills in real-time.

Interns Rayan Albaz and Aljazi Alhassan shared their transformative experiences during the program. Rayan expressed his excitement, saying, "When I first heard about the opportunity, something in me lit up. I knew I was going to be part of the bigger picture, a team that turns vision into reality, and that's why I was super excited to be part of this journey." Similarly, Aljazi highlighted her motivation to gain real-world consulting experience and shape her future career, emphasizing the privilege of being part of the inaugural group and working alongside a talented team.

The program was designed to be immersive and intense, surrounding interns with high-profile professionals from around the world. This exposure allowed them to learn from diverse backgrounds and perspectives, significantly boosting their confidence and problem-solving skills. The experience not only enhanced their communication and teamwork abilities but also taught them effective time management, contributing to their overall professional growth.

"Aljazi and Rayan truly impressed us with their dedication and ability to tackle complex challenges. Their growth and contributions in such a short time have been outstanding," remarked Stephen Ardill, Senior Managing Director and Middle East Region Leader for North Highland.

This positive outcome has inspired plans to run a similar program next year, with a focus on interactive workshops, mentorship opportunities, and innovative projects that align with emerging industry trends.
