North Highland’s Orlando office kicked off the annual “Day of Giving Back” event by partnering with the City of Orlando, Bill Frederick Park, Green Up Orlando and My Brother’s Keeper (MBK) Alliance to revitalize the park alongside MBK Youth. MBK is a national non-profit initiative that addresses persistent opportunity gaps faced by young African American men and currently serves over 5,000 Orlando youth. With 100 volunteers participating in the event, a lot of ground was covered, from installing new parking bollards and painting trees to cleaning the children’s farm, building a new disc golf course and more. The Orlando office was thrilled to help beautify and give back to the community in which they live and work, while supporting our philanthropic focus on economic empowerment.
