Wesley is a consultant at North Highland with five years of experience in Urban and Regional Planning and Policy and Public Sector Transportation clients. Specific areas of expertise include Strategic Portfolio Management, sustainable transportation infrastructure planning, and data analysis and visualization. Recently, Wes has supported tolling and DOT clients with a selection of research and benchmarking projects, and a full-scale back-office implementation project. He is currently working to stand-up an IT governance and strategic portfolio management process at a large state transportation entity.
