Abby is an Expert Practitioner within North Highland's Change Management practice. She has worked on large transformation programs across a varied client base in both the public and private sector. She is passionate about human behavior and understanding the role behavioral science can play in supporting individuals through change, believing change should always be led with a focus on the individual.

Abby has led and managed change teams and is skilled in building strong relationships with clients and managing stakeholders at a senior level. Her predominant focus is working on organizational change management and she has worked on programs involving operating model re-designs and implementation, new processes and ways of working, and IT system transformations.
