Andrew's core experience focuses on leading global businesses through organizational-wide transformation. His wide-spectrum of transformation experience, from operating model design to IT implementation, allows Andrew to join the dots between strategy and delivery and bring rigor, leadership and the right tempo to organizational change. Andrew led Sage's business transformation function, providing design and delivery capability to drive Sage's internal transformation priorities. As part of the Executive Team, Andrew's objective is to lead the transformation of Sage to become the trusted network for Small and Mid Sized businesses. Andrew's previously spent over 6 years at Bupa. Initially in a role on Bupa's Global HR Executive team with responsible for leading the development and execution of the People Strategy, focusing on the transformation of Bupa's HR function and leveraging the power of all Bupa people to accelerate the delivery of Bupa's ambitious growth targets. Andrew then moved onto the Global IT Executive team with responsibilities for driving the transformation of Bupa's Information Security capability globally. Prior to Bupa, Andrew was a Senior Manager in Accenture's Talent and Organization Practice. Andrew spent over 12 years as a management consultant, specializing in HR Transformation projects with leading national and international organizations.
