Across her career, Ashley has partnered with leaders and teams through significant transitions, helping them cut through complexity, align around a shared direction, and move from discussion to action. Most recently, she has helped lead North Highland's AI transformation efforts, translating emerging technologies into practical ways of working that people can adopt, trust, and use with impact.
