Brad Golson is a PMP & LSS-certified consultant with the North Highland Company. He has over 20 years of experience working in and with public & private sector organizations implementing large-scale operational improvements. His experience has spanned the transformation landscape from process improvements, employee capability training to new technology systems and tool implementation, and strategic communications for organizational leaders during times of change. He brings deep expertise in portfolio governance, strategic planning, technology optimization, and strategic communications – all important components of organizational transformations.

Brad is based in Denver, Colorado and is an avid trail runner, hiker, Ironman triathlete, and at-home chef.
