Candice currently serves as the New Jersey Department of Children and Families’ (NJ DCF) PMO Director and has been leading the NJ DCF project team for the past 2 years. She has a substantial understanding of Health and Human Services systems, as well as knowledge of business and regulatory standards across Federal, State, and County government departments and agencies. As a seasoned management consultant, she has directed the establishment of several Project Management Offices with structures that align to project management best practices, the organization’s core processes, and strategic initiatives. Her experience also includes numerous transformative projects for Medicaid, Child Welfare, Child Support, and COVID-19 Response. With over twenty years of experience, Candice has a proven record of providing thorough and skillful support towards the achievement of transformation commitments for large scale and complex projects.
