Claire is a transformation professional with 20+ years of experience. She is a chartered accountant with both transformation and operational experience within both consulting and large global corporations. She specializes in strategic planning, change management, operating model design and program management and has end-to-end experience of transformation from strategy to BAU. Claire has worked at Unilever for the past 4 years currently as Strategy and Systems Director for Unilever's Global Transformation Office. Previously she was The Global Head of Strategy and Transformation for Unilever Operations (UniOps)‚ Unilever's Global Business Services organization. Prior to joining Unilever Claire worked at Astra Zeneca for 3 years, helping to establish a new created Global Business Services team. Claire worked for Accenture for 15 years, the last 5 of which she was a Managing Director (Partner equivalent).
