Dominic joined North Highland in 2022 and has supported major clients including Smart DCC and GSK, where he currently leads quality control and drives communications, engagement, and training efforts. Prior to joining North Highland, he spent three years at Innovate Finance as a Member Marketing Lead, collaborating with over 250 member organizations from startups to global banks. Dominic holds a BSc in Business Economics from the University of Exeter, where he built a strong foundation in analytics, stakeholder engagement, and research.
