Jeni Fitzpatrick

Jeni is an expert in HR transformation, modern HR, and HR technology. Over the past two decades, she has successfully led global HR organizations through significant change and transformation, using Workday and market-leading SaaS technology to enhance both employee experiences and business outcomes. Prior to North Highland, she served as a managing director in Accenture's Talent & Organization/Human Potential practice. She also held HR and executive leadership positions with Convergys, Workday, Chiquita, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Microsoft. Jeni holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA from the same university. She's an avid community builder, serving on the board of the Junior Achievement of OKI as the Vice Chair.

Jeni Fitzpatrick
