Jennifer Merritt returns to The North Highland Company as Sr. Managing Director and Atlanta Go-to-Market Lead, bringing with her a rare combination of deep industry expertise, longstanding client relationships, and the sharpened perspective of someone who has successfully built and led her own firm.

Jennifer spent more than 13 years at North Highland before departing in 2020 to found Bluestock Advisors, a WBENC-certified woman-owned boutique consultancy serving retailers, product companies, and service providers across the residential and commercial construction ecosystem. As Founder, President & CEO, she grew the firm to a team of 16 serving clients worldwide - establishing 30+ new client relationships and delivering work spanning growth strategy, customer experience, AI-enabled process improvement, and market intelligence.
