Over the past two decades, she has led teams to translate ambition into action, building the strategies, processes, and integrated programs that drive revenue, improve client satisfaction, and create lasting competitive advantage. At North Highland, Lauren serves as Sr. Managing Director of Commercial Excellence, leading the function responsible for operational excellence, commercial planning and GTM activation, and end-to-end client experience. She partners with leaders across the business to define how North Highland goes to market, serves its clients, and grows. Prior to North Highland, Lauren held marketing and account leadership roles at Coca-Cola, Delta Air Lines, IHG, and I amsterdam, developing deep expertise in brand strategy, customer and employee experience, and complex program oversight and execution across consumer and B2B environments.
