Marnagee Scott is a Consultant in the Public Sector Portfolio and a member of the PS LEAD program. Marnagee joined the firm in 2022 and has worked on projects in transportation, health and human services, and general government. Marnagee is currently working on the New Jersey Transit Feasibility Study engagement completing a cost takeout assessment. She is passionate about improving public services in communities and hopes to keep making an impact by working with the North Highland team to tackle public agencies toughest challenges. Prior to joining North Highland, Marnagee obtained her Master of Public Administration from the University of Georgia where she specialized in Public Policy. She resides in Atlanta, Georgia and enjoys playing tennis, discussing film, and attending Atlanta sporting events.
