Matthew Faraone is Global Head of Wealth & Asset Management at North Highland. He brings more than 20 years of financial services experience spanning management consulting and industry leadership roles. He advises wealth and asset managers, retirement firms and wealth technology providers on business and operating model transformation, AI-enabled modernization, digital and platform strategy, M&A integration, and client and advisor experience. He is passionate about helping firms translate strategy into measurable value, stronger client outcomes, and sustainable growth. Prior to joining North Highland, Matt served as Head of Business Transformation for SVB Private and Managing Principal in Capco’s Wealth Management practice.
