Matt brings 21 years of financial services experience, cultivated through management consulting and industry leadership roles. He advises clients on digital and platform transformation, merger and acquisition integration, client acquisition and experience strategies. He is passionate about delivering value creation for financial institutions and their clients and driving sustained business growth. Prior to joining North Highland, Matt was the Head of Business Transformation for SVB Private Bank & Wealth and a Managing Principal in the Wealth Management practice at Capco.
