“Act on your curiosity. Leaders must ask more questions and become better listeners. Curiosity cannot exist without empowerment. We already know that this year will present significant challenges, but there will be opportunities in the midst — you won’t find them unless you’re actively (and curiously) seeking new information. Pursue those curiosities and be willing to accept the risks that come from these actions.”
