January 5, 2021 (ATLANTA) - Leading change and transformation consultancy North Highland is excited to announce that Jessica Wibben is joining the firm as Associate Vice President. Based in Nashville, Wibben will lead retail-focused clients in their strategies to drive innovation and lasting solutions, along with supporting firm growth through a people-focused lens.
“Jessica is a demonstrated leader in change and transformation, with deep knowledge in understanding the effects of change within organizations,” said Lia Keel, Vice President at North Highland. “She serves as a trusted, strategic advisor and I look forward to working with Jessica to build lasting capability for clients as they navigate customer, workforce and operational challenges.”
Prior to joining North Highland, Wibben served as a director for Alight Solutions, where she led clients to define robust change strategies for managing organizational change resulting from transformation programs. She was previously a managing consultant at Appirio, implementing transformational change strategy for clients. She also held consulting and senior manager roles at Accenture for over 10 years, with a focus in change management as well as talent and organization.
Wibben received a B.S. in Engineering from the University of Iowa, with a minor in Business Administration.
