With plans to double its billable headcount in 2026, North Highland hosted a hiring event on Wednesday, March 25, 2026. The firm is expecting to hire 50 bilingual consultants at levels ranging from consultant to manager, specializing in data and AI and software engineering.
This expansion is part of North Highland's strategic growth plan to enhance its talent pool across Ecuador, including from major cities such as Guayaquil and Cuenca. The new office will serve as a hub for innovation and collaboration, focusing on data and AI, engineering, and user experience capabilities.
In the past year, North Highland has grown its Ecuadorian business to nearly 40 billable consultants and a variety of other corporate roles. Over the next 2–3 years, the firm expects to grow its workforce in Ecuador by approximately 50% each year, expanding both its delivery and corporate teams to support continued growth.
