With over twenty years of experience in human resources (HR), Pauline has led the way for diversification in corporate environments. Joining Lloyd's of London in 2015, Pauline was equipped with over a decade of experience to transform the company's HR department. Responsible for planning and implementing learning development programs, Pauline leads the global talent and inclusion team to achieve inclusivity for the insurance giant. Within her role, Pauline has executed Lloyd's Cultural program and ensured employees from minority groups are able to succeed at all levels in the business.
