Ryan brings over 18 years of progressive technology consulting expertise across premier firms including Ernst & Young, NTT Data Group, and boutique consulting firm including The Bridge, where he served as Managing Director. He has a proven track record of advising clients on technology transformation strategy, technical execution in large-scale cloud and data programs, and change management work aligning technical teams with enterprise vision.

His appointment positions North Highland to accelerate growth across its expanded digital transformation portfolio, addressing unprecedented client demand as 92% of businesses accelerate their AI investments. In his role, Ryan works in close partnership with Alyssa Martin, senior managing director and consulting leader for the Technology Transformation Team, ensuring that our client’s needs are met by our world-class capabilities and engaging teams.
