At The Bridge, Tiago will leverage his extensive expertise to lead our Chicago market and drive transformative growth initiatives.

Celebrated for his strategic vision and ability to turn complex challenges into opportunities for innovation, Tiago’s entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to operational excellence set him apart as a leader who delivers tangible results. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and co-founded and serves on the Board of Foundation Matters, a non-profit dedicated to revolutionizing mental health. Originally from Brazil, Tiago has called the US home for over 20 years. He is married with three daughters and enjoys cooking, hiking, attending rock concerts, and playing board games.
