Alex Peralta is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with 25 years of experience driving Medicaid program success through strategic leadership, operational excellence, and system modernization. He has led major Medicaid implementations including MMIS, Pharmacy Point-of-Sale systems, and Non-Emergency Transportation programs, consistently aligning state initiatives with federal mandates and CMS certification requirements. His expertise spans strategic planning, roadmap development, APD creation, procurement strategy, and business process improvement, making him a trusted advisor across Medicaid transformation efforts.

Currently, Alex supports New Jersey’s Division of Medical Assistance and Health Services in their MMIS Modernization initiative.
