Daniel is a Business Psychologist. He founded IG in 2012, having previously spent a decade in consulting. He is a qualified Executive and Team Coach and advises across the full talent cycle - from assessment and leadership due diligence through to performance and leadership development. He has coached and facilitated Boards and Executive Teams across a range for organisations, from Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 Boards to management teams of Private Equity backed, high growth businesses. Daniel's experience is global in nature, having worked extensively across Europe, the US, Asia, Africa and Latin America. Beyond work, Daniel has three sons. He is a keen adventurer, having completed a number of expeditions, including rowing the Atlantic in 2023.
