Gemma oversees Global Brand & Marketing at North Highland and has been with the firm nearly 20 years. She started as marketing lead in the UK, guiding the function from scale-up stage, through acquisitions, rebrands and global expansion.
Having lived and worked in both New York and London, she brings a global perspective to her role, driving the firm's full marketing remit across brand, digital, demand generation, field marketing, PR and analyst relations, communications and events, always with a focus on connecting strategic and creative approaches to commercial outcomes.
Outside the firm, she runs a CMO network that brings senior marketing leaders together through meaningful connections and standout experiences. She also mentors early-career marketers on building ideas for growth. Away from work, she's a girl-mum to two daughters, with a passion for travel, food, and all things experiential.
