Jeni Fitzpatrick

Chief People & Technology Officer

Jeni leads our global People and Technology teams and is the executive sponsor for our own North Highland AI journey and governance council. She is a passionate hands-on expert in People, HR and technology transformation and the challenges of this exciting era of work. Over the past two decades, she has successfully led global People and Technology teams and large organizations through significant change and transformation, using AI, Workday and market-leading technology to enhance both employee experiences and business outcomes. Prior to North Highland, she served as a managing director in Accenture's Talent & Organization/Human Potential practice. She also held HR and executive leadership positions with Convergys, Workday, Chiquita, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Microsoft. Jeni holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and an MBA from the same university. She's an avid community builder, serving as chairperson of the board of Junior Achievement of OKI and member of their board for the last decade.
