Jennifer Mancuso

Sr. Managing Director, Human Resources

Jennifer Mancuso is Sr. Managing Director of Human Resources & People Strategy at North Highland. She brings over 15 years of experience driving human strategy across a variety of industry sectors including bio-medical, manufacturing and transportation. Prior to joining North Highland, Jennifer served as the Vice President of Human Strategy at Vero Biotech where she built the firm's HR function, defined human strategy to support commercialization, and doubled the size of the team in anticipation of commercialization. Before joining Vero, she served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at BeavEx, Inc. Jennifer is a graduate of Wake Forest University, where she earned a B.A. in Spanish. After graduation, she spent a year in Madrid teaching English and broadening her language skills.
