Jeremy  Ford is a transformational change executive with 20+ years of experience building and leading high-performing teams spanning the areas of Change Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Leadership Development, and Employee Experience in both in-house and consulting positions. Jeremy’s professional sweet spot is operating at the intersection of people, change, and maximizing human potential to build winning cultures; and deliver extraordinary results.

Jeremy was born and raised outside of Boston. When he is not leading transformational change programs or facilitating leadership workshops you can find him continuing to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a professional soccer player and traveling to his favorite vacation spot, Portugal. His most important and fulfilling role is that of husband to his wife Sonia and “Dada” to his 4-year-old son.
