Lizzi Winter is the global Director of Knowledge Management (KM) at North Highland. She has 20 years of information science and knowledge management experience in professional services and higher education. She leads North Highland's KM program which includes cross-functional teams driving success and innovation in knowledge strategy, people, process, and platforms for knowledge-sharing, information governance, and metadata with generous sides of communications and change management. Lizzi is passionate about leveraging transformation thinking and finding new ways connect people and knowledge. She has been referred to by senior leaders as North Highland's "connective tissue."
