Mike is a Director, Consulting with the North Highland Company. He has over twenty-five years of experience serving a wide variety of public sector, not-for-profit, and higher education agencies. His expertise includes business process improvement, financial management, system requirements analysis, system implementation, organizational design, and change management. Mike's experience spans consulting and management roles: he started his consulting career in a "Big Four" firm; he managed his own consulting practice, and he served in government as Director of Budget & Financial Planning at the New York City Housing Authority.
