Nick is an international executive with more than 30 years of senior leadership experience in both line management and management consulting. As CEO of Nick Shreiber & Associates, LLC, he advises business leaders on issues of strategy, organization, and operations. During his extensive international career, Nick spent 18 years with the Tetra Pak Group with whom he held international executive positions including responsibility for North and South America, before becoming Group President and CEO from 2000 to 2005.
Previously, Nick was a partner with McKinsey & Co., where he spent eight years with engagement responsibility for major clients in Europe and Latin America. In addition to his North Highland responsibilities, Nick serves on the Board of The Campbell Soup Company, a $9 billion international food corporation, as well as on Boards and Advisory Councils for non-profit organizations in the United States. He is an international speaker on a wide variety of leadership topics, and is a Mentor with Merryck & Company, the world's foremost mentoring firm for business leaders.
Nick combines an Industrial Engineering background with graduate studies in Business Administration. As advocates and champions of higher education, he and his wife fund "Shreiber Scholarships" at universities in the United States and Argentina. In 2012 Nick was recognized as an Honorary Alumnus of the J. Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.
