Group HR Director

Sally Ashford joined Informa in June 2021 as the Group HR Director. She has nearly 30 years' experience in human resources with significant expertise in reward, talent and business transformation. In her early career, Sally worked in HR research and consultancy before moving in-house. She spent 15 years at O2/Telefónica in a variety of roles, including European HR Director and Deputy Global HR Director, before joining Royal Mail in 2015 where she was latterly Chief Human Resources Officer. Sally has a degree from Manchester University and a Masters from Warwick University. In addition to her executive roles, Sally serves as a Non-Executive Director for Helios Towers plc.
