Thad Bowen joined Royal Mail as HR Change Director in March 2023 with responsibility for the People Strategy and Transformation portfolio as part of Royal Mail's turnaround plan. He has over 20 years' experience working on business transformation programs for global clients across a variety of industries including Technology, FMCG and Pharmaceuticals. Thad is passionate about evolving HR Operating Models to meet changing business needs and increasing data literacy across HR to promote insight-driven decision making. He is also an advocate of over-indexing on change management to ensure organizations focus on their people and fully embed change.Thad has extensive experience in designing, planning and leading large-scale business change programs for companies within Europe and internationally, with a specific focus on HR. His career started as a Management Consultant where he spent eight years supporting global businesses to deliver value through organizational-wide transformation. He has since worked in strategy and transformation leadership roles across a variety of companies and industries, leading the development and execution of the People Strategy in addition to implementing new operating models and technology.
