Zach Vinduska is a cybersecurity leader dedicated to safeguarding individuals and organizations from cybercriminal threats. With over two decades of experience, Zach has served as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) for several companies, leading security and technology teams across organizations ranging from startups to Fortune 500 enterprises. He has spearheaded transformative security initiatives, developed comprehensive strategies, and led certification efforts in security, privacy, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) for both public and private organizations.

A strong advocate for peer education, Zach frequently speaks at conferences and on podcasts, sharing insights with fellow CISOs. He also serves on multiple security-focused boards and councils, contributing to the broader cybersecurity community.

In his most recent role, Zach spent three years building a successful Security and Privacy practice in Dallas, Denver, and Chicago. His responsibilities spanned business development, service offerings, talent management, client delivery, and thought leadership. He also oversaw the company’s corporate security posture, guiding it through the development of security policies and the achievement of attestations that enabled work with highly regulated industries while protecting the organization.

Born in Kansas (Go Chiefs!), Zach grew up in a military family, living in various places, including Spain and Puerto Rico. When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Donita, and their two dogs. You can often find him exploring creative outlets such as painting, writing, or playing in a band.
