We’re honored to be ranked on the Association for Talent Development's BEST Award list. This prestigious inclusion recognizes us as an organization whose focus on employee talent development has resulted in enterprise-wide success.
This ranking required us to show excellence in many areas of talent development, including providing learning opportunities for our people, linking it to individual and business performance, and investing in initiatives. Chief People Officer Jeni Fitzpatrick emphasized how hiring played a part in this recognition:
