Dan Gartin has a 30+ year career in IT in Banking, Healthcare and Public Sector industries. He’s a former CTO for the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services and has worked with HHS agencies around the country on many change transformations. In particular, Dan has experience with Medicaid Enterprise Systems (MES), Integrated Eligibility Systems (IES) and Comprehensive Child Welfare Information Systems (CCWIS) transformations in multiple states. Dan also leads North Highland testing, and uses his deep technical background and C-level leadership experience to increase the effectiveness of his consulting and his work on behalf of North Highland clients.
