
Alex Bombeck
Chief Executive Officer

<p>North Highland CEO Alex Bombeck has dedicated his career to helping enterprises transform their organizational and operational processes to support new ways of working, greater enterprise agility, and cultures rooted in collaboration and co-creation. He brings more than 25 years of experience including serving as Chief Digital Officer at Havas Worldwide, and playing pivotal roles in steering digital consulting practices at several agencies. Since joining North Highland in 2014, Bombeck has led a variety of areas, including digital and experience design, data and analytics, agile transformation, and the firm’s revenue and growth strategy. He has served on North Highland’s board since 2018, and the Metro Atlanta Chamber’s board of directors since 2022.</p>

Navid Ahdieh
Managing Director, Global Lead of Strategy and Management Consulting

<p style="margin-bottom:9px">Navid has over 20 years of expertise in designing and embedding new customer, workforce, and operational models for clients that drive growth and resilience through change and transformation.</p>
<p>In addition to Navid's role as Managing Director, he serves as Global Lead of the firm’s Strategy and Management Consulting practices. Navid also serves on North Highland’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, and he guides the firm’s next-generation talent strategy program (The Academy).</p>

Jim Arnold
Managing Director and President, Managed Services

<p>Jim currently serves as Managing Director and President of Managed Services at North Highland. He has extensive experience in management consulting with specific areas of expertise include strategy and advisory, strategic planning, management consulting operations, process improvement, merchandising, assortment planning, budgeting and forecasting, store operations and product development. </p>

Lauren Childers
Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer

<p>As Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer at North Highland, Lauren oversees the financial growth and development for the firm. As a seasoned CFO, Lauren’s 20 plus years of expertise covers a breadth of corporate finance and strategic planning for high growth environments. Prior to joining North Highland, Lauren served as the CFO at BeavEx where she led the company’s accounting, financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, tax, risk management, and strategic planning.</p>

Ben Grinnell FBCS
Managing Director

<p>Ben is a Managing Director at North Highland. He has worked at the firm for 12 years, advising technology leaders on applying next-generation IT to transform the way organizations gain speed and agility. He is a recognized thought leader and driver in the DevOps movement, and an expert in applying DevOps to transform enterprise technology. He is also a fellow of the British computer society. </p>

Lia Keel
Managing Director

<p>Lia is Managing Director at North Highland. She has more than 25 years of experience in large-scale transformation engagements in Fortune 100 organizations and deep expertise in the areas of strategy, performance improvement, solution design and development, process analysis, and digital in a number of different verticals and environments. Her industry experience spans the retail and CPG, financial services, and utilities sectors.</p>

Matthew Klein
Managing Director and Chief Marketing Officer

<p>Matt leads North Highland’s Marketing, Communications, Sales Enablement, and Sales Operations functions. He is also responsible for the firm's platform for growth through its Enterprise Business Agility Program and IT function. Paul Falor

Paul has spent more than two decades leading information technology and information security initiatives for companies in the financial services and consulting industries. </p>

Jennifer Mancuso
Vice President of Human Resources

<p>Jennifer Mancuso is Vice President of Human Resources & People Strategy at North Highland. She brings over 15 years of experience driving human strategy across a variety of industry sectors including bio-medical, manufacturing and transportation. </p>
<p>Prior to joining North Highland, Jennifer served as the Vice President of Human Strategy at Vero Biotech where she built the firm’s HR function, defined human strategy to support commercialization, and doubled the size of the team in anticipation of commercialization. </p>
<p>Before joining Vero, she served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at BeavEx, Inc. </p>
<p>Jennifer is a graduate of Wake Forest University, where she earned a B.A. in Spanish. After graduation, she spent a year in Madrid teaching English and broadening her language skills.</p>

Dan Reardon
Executive Chair

<p>Dan joined North Highland in 1997 and served as CEO from 2005 to 2021; transitioning to Executive Chair in 2022. He led the growth of the firm from its Atlanta headquarters to become the leading change and transformation firm. Dan also serves on the board of directors for ICR, Coastal Cloud and the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, and he is a member of the Truist Member Advisory Board for Atlanta.</p>

Loretta Penn
Lead Director, Board of Managers

<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri">Loretta is the founder and President of PECC, LLC, an executive coaching and consulting company. Penn works with senior executives, business owners, entrepreneurs and individuals to create greater alignment between business goals, vision and profitability. Loretta was recognized as the Private Company Director of the Year by the National Association of Corporate Directors in 2022. Her practice focuses on working with professionals who are committed to developing innovative, creative and sustainable solutions in the areas of workforce management, talent acquisition and retention in a diverse global environment. </span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri">Previously, Penn held the position of President of Spherion Staffing Services (2008-2011), a division of SFN Group (NYSE:SFN), which was acquired by Randstad Group in September 2011.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri">As president of Spherion Staffing Services, Penn led the company's largest division, in excess of one billion dollars ($1.0B), and was responsible for revenue growth and profitability, service delivery, sales, operations and strategic direction across 500+ company-owned, licensed and franchised offices in North America. Spherion Staffing Services focused on addressing client needs for direct hire and flexible workforce solutions for administrative, contact centers, clerical, and manufacturing positions.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri">Before being promoted to President, Penn served in an innovative role as Spherion's Chief Service Excellence Officer, directly responsible to the CEO and Board of Directors for advancing a culture of service excellence throughout the enterprise. Key elements included measuring and leading the drive to ensure high customer satisfaction; promoting best practices across the company; leading initiatives focused on candidate and client retention; ensuring Spherion's position through effective marketing and public relations; and effectively communicating Spherion's service excellence differentiation to clients and candidates. During Penn's 20 years with the organization, she became the spokesperson for Spherion regarding the Emerging Workforce and met with corporations around the country discussing human capital recruitment, retention and development strategies. She held various field leadership positions, managed some of Spherion's largest Fortune 100 client relationships and was President of the legal staffing division.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri">Prior to joining Spherion, Penn spent nine years in the recruiting and staffing industry as a Vice President and Executive Vice President with two national staffing companies and was previously associated with the IBM Corporation for 10 years in sales, marketing and executive management positions.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:Calibri">Penn holds a Bachelor of Science degree from North Texas University and a Certificate of Studies from Harvard University. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for TECO Energy and the Caruth Institute for Learning, Lyle School of Engineering at Southern Methodist University. </span></span></p>

Joseph Conte

<p>Joseph Conte is Chief Operating Officer at Standish. Prior to joining Standish, Joe spent over twenty years as a Managing Director at Lazard in New York focused on financial, business and tech-enabled services. Before Lazard, Joe was a partner of a middle-market focused investment bank which he and his partners grew to 130 people and sold to Lazard. Early in his career, Joe was a corporate attorney and represented public companies and private companies in public and private market transactions. Throughout his professional life Joe has advised privately owned companies, venture capital and buyout firms across a broad range of financing, public markets, buyout and corporate finance transactions.</p>

Bill Douglas
Board of Managers

<p>William (Bill) W. Douglas, III is a 30-year veteran of the Coca-Cola system with extensive international experience. He joined Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc. in July 2004, serving as the Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2013. As Executive Vice President and CFO, Bill oversaw the 2010 transformation of CCE into a European operating company, enabling a return of nearly $7 billion in cash to shareowners in the following years. Beginning in 2013, Bill served as head of CCE’s Supply Chain team, before retiring in 2015. Bill is Vice Chairman of the University of Georgia Foundation. He is also a member of the J.M. Tull School of Accounting Advisory Board at the University of Georgia. He received his undergraduate degree from the J.M. Tull School of Accounting at the University of Georgia.</p>
<p>Bill and his wife, Lisa, live on a farm in Bishop, Georgia. They are both active in the Athens/Oconee County local communities.</p>

Keith Wetmore
Board of Managers

<p>Keith currently serves as Managing Director for Major, Lindsey & Africa, the world’s largest legal search firm. He retired from his former role as Chair Emeritus of the law firm Morrison & Foerster, LLP at the close of 2017. Previously, while at Morrison & Foerster, Keith served as Chair of the Firm and Chief Executive Partner from 2000 to 2012. Elected to four successive terms as CEO of the global firm, Keith is credited with doubling the revenue of the firm and tripling profitability within his 12-year tenure as CEO.</p>
<p>Before his current role, Keith led the firm's 50-lawyer Finance and Infrastructure practice, bringing to his engagements 20 years' experience in debt and lease finance, both domestic and international. Keith has represented money center banks as agent in syndicated credit facilities, including multi-billion dollar working capital and acquisition financings, as well as smaller transactions, with particular emphasis in the technology and forest products sectors.</p>
<p>While at the University of Michigan Law School, Keith served as Articles Editor for the Michigan Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif.</p>
