Eric Winton is passionate about building a high-performing, people-first culture as North Highland ventures into our next wave of growth.

Eric’s 25+ year career has been focused on building businesses and helping companies envision and achieve their strategies by leveraging technology to achieve their greatest aspirations. Before joining North Highland, Eric held global technology & advisory leadership roles at Avanade/Accenture, Protiviti, and Slalom helping drive new initiatives for them on a global scale.

Outside of work, Eric enjoys traveling, playing golf, being with his friends and family, and cheering on The University of Oklahoma! He is a member of the Cotton Bowl Board of Directors and is passionate about engraining North Highland into the fabric of the Dallas community.
