Karthik brings over 12 years of experience in AI/ML, solution development, and cloud architecture, specializing in transforming operations and customer experiences across various sectors including transportation, tolling, government, and enterprise. Karthik has fostered relationships with leaders in these industries, identifying their unique needs and connecting them to the right capabilities. Karthik began his career working on high-profile roadside and back-office tolling projects, leading system integration and modernization efforts. He then transitioned to roles at Kapsch TrafficCom, KPMG, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, where he led innovative AI and cloud solutions.

Since 2024, Karthik has been with North Highland, leading AI and data architecture initiatives that have significantly improved operational efficiencies and customer service. Additionally, Karthik is a published researcher in the fields of Deep Learning, NLP, and ML, with notable work on crash analytics, automatic vehicle classification, and load prediction for EV charging.
